Orders on Prince Edward Island - 5 % GST and 10% PST will be applied to all orders being shipped to a Prince Edward Island address.
Orders to Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia - 13 % HST will be applied to all orders being shipped to a Newfoundland and New Brunswick. 15% HST will be applied to orders being shipped to Nova Scotia.
Canadian Orders Beyond The Maritimes - 5 % GST is applied to all orders being shipped to Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. 12% HST is applied to orders being shipped to British Columbia, and 13% HST is applied to orders being shipped to Ontario. We collect PST for Prince Edward Island only, where we are located.
Orders Outside of Canada - No taxes will be applied to any orders being shipped outside of Canada. Some customs fees may be required upon delivery of your purchased item for importation of goods into another country. Please check with your country's customs agent for more information.
Refunds can be accepted in the form of money back, or a store credit applied to your account with us at Owls Hollow. Any item that is to be returned, must be returned to us within 30 days after receiving the order with a copy of the receipt of sale. Returned items must be in complete resaleable condition, still in original packaging.
